Renaissance Talent specializes in sourcing and vetting talent from Latin America for US companies seeking to hire offshore, remote professionals. Our services include:
1. Sourcing and vetting talent from Latin America
2. Assisting US companies in hiring these professionals
3. Conducting periodic check-ins to ensure satisfactory performance

Service Fees and Billing

Renaissance Talent charges a fixed, one-time fee upon successful placement of talent. This fee is due when the talent is placed with the client company. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees associated with our service.

Service Requests and Communication

Clients may submit requests or communicate with Renaissance Talent by emailing gerardo@renaissancetalent.com. We strive to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.

Talent Replacement and Refund Policy

Renaissance Talent offers a 60-day guarantee on all placements. If the placed talent does not meet the client's expectations within this period, we will either find a suitable replacement or offer a refund of the placement fee.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All work produced by the placed talent is the property of the hiring company. Renaissance Talent does not claim any rights to the work products. Confidential information shared during the hiring process will be kept private and not disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

Warranties and Limitations

While Renaissance Talent makes every effort to ensure the quality of our talent pool and placement services, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided by candidates. Clients are encouraged to perform their own due diligence in the hiring process.

Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit any talent introduced by Renaissance Talent for a period of 12 months after the introduction, without going through our service. Violation of this clause may result in additional fees equivalent to our standard placement fee.

Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with all applicable data protection laws. Personal information collected during the hiring process is used solely for the purpose of talent placement and is not shared with third parties without consent. Clients and talent have the right to request access to their personal data or ask for its deletion.

Employee Benefits

Talent placed through Renaissance Talent are contractors and are responsible for their own benefits. Renaissance Talent does not manage these professionals directly and is not responsible for providing employee benefits.

Termination of Service

Renaissance Talent reserves the right to terminate services to any client at its discretion, for any reason. In such cases, if applicable, a prorated refund will be issued for any prepaid services.Clients wishing to discontinue services must provide Renaissance Talent with 30 days' written notice.

Modifications to Terms of Service

Renaissance Talent reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
